Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:

- The return is sent back to us within 30 days of order date
- The product is unused and undamaged
- All labels/tags are still attached to the product
- The product is not from our custom range. These are made to order and non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.

1. Complete the form with your information and order number.

2. The team will contact you to arrange a return label.

3. Take it to the closest drop-off point.

4. The refund will be automatically made to the card you used for payment. Please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be back in your account - depending on your bank.
