Registering your VeloAir activates our Care Programme and ensures we can properly support your jacket throughout its service life.

When registered, you receive:

  • Extended 2-year warranty on airbag and trigger components
  • Free airbag replacement at Year 3 service (if serviced annually in Years 1 & 2)
  • 50% off two spare CO₂ canisters

If you purchased from a retailer, registration is still required to activate these benefits.

Every VeloAir includes:

  • 1-year warranty on the complete jacket
  • Extended 2-year warranty on the airbag and trigger components when registered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by falls or accidents
  • Improper use or modification
  • Repairs carried out by unauthorised parties

If you are unsure whether something is covered, contact our team- we are happy to advise.

We recommend servicing:

  • Annually from date of purchase, or
  • After six inflations, whichever comes first

Additional checks are recommended after:

  • A significant fall or accident
  • Visible damage
  • Any change in performance

A standard service includes:

System integrity

  • Airbag inflation and pressure testing
  • Trigger function test

Mechanical safety

  • Trigger assembly inspection
  • Lanyard and saddle strap inspection

Garment condition

  • Airbag inspection
  • Shell and zip inspection


If any replacement components are required, we will contact you before carrying out further work.

Before sending your VeloAir:

  • Remove the CO₂ canister
  • Do not use Royal Mail
  • Use a tracked courier service

Return postage is covered by us.

Customers are responsible for sending the jacket to us. If preferred, we can arrange a prepaid shipping label (additional cost, varies by country).

No, but If the jacket has inflated or you have experienced a significant fall, we recommend inspection before further use. If in doubt, we suggest returning it for inspection and service.

Yes. The canister is user-replaceable. Always ensure the correct size is fitted. This is marked next to the air jacket trigger. A walk-through of the process can be found here. Replacement canisters can be purchased here.

You can still register after purchase, but Care Programme benefits apply from the date of registration.
