When Should I Book a Service?

We recommend servicing:

Annually from date of purchase
After six inflations
Following a significant fall
If there is visible damage
If the jacket does not appear to function as expected

Airbag Replacement Guidance

For optimal long-term performance, we recommend replacing the airbag:

Every three years, or
After a high number of inflations

When your air jacket is registered and serviced annually, the Year 3 airbag replacement is included at no additional charge. If annual servicing has not been maintained, there is a surcharge for airbag replacement.

This ensures continued reliability of the inflation system over time.
