A little disappointed that this is just a jacket that goes over the body protector and doesn’t have more tabs or other features to keep it on. The bigger disappointment is that it’s classed as a custom item so I can’t send it back.

The cover is a stretch cover with the addition of a pocket under the tail to slot the bottom of the body protector into to hold it down whilst riding. Our customer service team will reach out to you to see if we can offer any support, as if it is the correct size you should not need any other fastenings. Hopefully we can get something resolved for you.

Bought this for extra support getting back to riding following a fracture. It fits true to size is lightweight and really comfortable to wear every time. Would highly recommend.

The most comfortable body protector I have ever worn. Definitely designed with women in mind, I forgot I was wearing it.
Ordered the xsmall for my daughter but when it arrived it was a bit too tight around chest so emailed and asked if we could order the size up, but needed it for the weekend for a xcountry comp and they were amazing! The new protector arrived super fast and was a much better fit. Very helpful.

Delivery was very quick. The proof of the pudding is in the use, I will let you know in a year! My only comment is the text confirming my selection was not aligned and therefore difficult to read and make sure it was correct.
Although they are perfectly fine, I would have liked them to have been just a little longer to have made it easier to re fit
I’m really impressed with the HX3! It’s super light and flexible, making it very comfortable to wear even on long rides. I took it with me on a six-day hack in Portugal and, although it was a bit warm at times with a vest on, it still felt great throughout. The fit and mobility are excellent, and I felt both safe and unrestricted. Absolutely worth it!
