The custom Racesafe covers are made individually to your design and colours, so you can have the perfect combo to your eventing outfit. They are made by us in Britain from our choice of 3 premium fabrics. Use our online customisation tool to create your new look; our talented team of machinists will then make it individually for you.

Hat Cover Fabric Options

Stretch lycra hat covers are available in one size fits all, but all other fabric options come in 4 sizes. The customiser allows you to enter your hat size, this will help us recommend a hat cover size.

If you know the size of your current Racesfe hat cover, please add it to the order notes. Size Large/X-Large are the two most popular sizes to fit modern hats.

Satin

Our standard satin hat covers are made from 100% Satin Polyester and are best sellers. They have a slightly looser, traditional look. They are made using the latest sublimation processes, making them available in a wide range of patterns.

Machine wash at 40˚

Premium Satin

Our premium satin hat covers are made from 100% Nylon Satin. Each pattern is hand cut and sewn, which limits the availability of some patterns. They tend to have a slightly looser, traditional look.

Machine wash at 30˚

Stretch Lycra

Our stretch fabric hat covers. Because of this, sizing could not be easier – it’s one size fits all! The finished look is very neat and smooth, without creasing.

The lycra hat covers are made using the latest sublimation processes to ensure colours are vibrant, durable & machine washable.

The customiser above allows you to input your hat size, which helps us recommend the best hat cover size. Stretch Lycra hat covers are available in one size fits all but all other fabric options come in 4 sizes.

Customising Hat Covers Online

You can create your own design using the online customisation tool above. This allows you to choose from a range of patterns or add custom text/logos. These are then made to order for you by our talented team of machinists.

Pattern Range

Choose from over 20 patterns to create your own design and customise in 22 colours.

Due to the hand sewn designs of the premium satin, a limited range of 11 patterns are available.

Custom Logo

If the logo pattern is selected, there is the option to upload your logo to preview. If you leave this blank we will contact you after placing your order to confirm the logo design. If files cannot be supplied in a suitable format, then a £25 artwork charge may be applicable. Designs are available on either side of the hat cover.

Custom Text

If the text pattern is selected then there is the option to input your text to preview. If you leave this blank we will contact you after placing your order to confirm the text design. Designs are available on either side of the hat cover. The font used as standard will be Arial Black unless requested otherwise.
